Wash feet and place in Plastic Sock Packs
Secure sock packs with the enclosed tapes, applying across the foot and around each ankle
Wear for ONE HOUR then remove and gently wash feet with soap
Water activates BabyFoot, soak your feet daily to activate the peeling process
